Massage Therapist

Whether a practitioner has high educational attainment or not, they can practise massage therapy. Vietnam has no licensing qualifications for interested aspirants.

Barber

Barbers can have fulfilling careers early, after finishing high school. They just need to gain professional skills to build their clientele.

Hairstylist

Practitioners in hairdressing are not required formal training or certifications to practise. The country has not set any requirements for them to meet.

Lash Technician / Spray Tanning Technician / Waxing Technician / Facialist

Beauty therapists possess lash, spray tanning, waxing and facial skills. Many countries regulate them but not in Vietnam. Practitioners are allowed to provide different nail, skin care and hair services without licenses.

Nail Technician

Nail techs are also free of any licensing qualifications. They are only encouraged to become experts in nail to offer the best services.

Makeup Artist

Makeup artists are like the other professions above – unregulated. They should only master makeup skills to become successful in their crafts.
