Licensed cosmetologists can offer multiple services, such as hairstyling, nail technology and facials, in general. The law in Colombia states that beauty services that don’t need invasive procedures, surgical intervention, formulation of medicinal items and other acts performed by health professionals can be offered by cosmetologists.
